4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

• fraud is suspected;

• the product is unavailable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note:

• delivery times are estimates only;

• delays caused by couriers or external factors are outside our control;

• you are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.
